Learn by Looking up

Looking up, whether it's just looking up while walking down the street or up at the sky. Both can change your perspective of everyday life. Walking down the street you can notice emotions from people, different places or shops which you might not have known of and you notice your surroundings. Looking up at your surroundings can help you feel calm or relaxed but you can also feel suspenseful of what might be to come that day. Looking up to the sky can help you clear your mind and it can be a minute you take to relax before doing something you might not do often. It also help to create a feeling of peace in most people around you.

We can all learn something from looking up, whether it's looking at the positive in life or actually looking up at the stars. This is just so you can find that thing in your life that keeps you going everyday.

Allowing yourself to look for the positive in life means you can understand, learn and hold onto your past experiences. These experiences might not all be positive but it has made you who you are. While it can take you many tries to learn about you mistakes in the end you get there and learn something new about yourself.

Looking up can have many impacts on not only what you see and feel but those who are also around you. Those people who it could affect can be children, teenagers, and adults, who are all trying to find themselves and learn along the way. Your small impact might not only help you to benefit it can also cause children and teenager who are observing the world around them to try and do the same.
